I took a product support call from Bob U., a home owner in Ohio back in February. Bob was complaining of large ice dams on the roof, variable temperature difference within the house, and improving savings on energy costs. We are writing to tell you how pleased we are with the attic insulation work you did for us. Your crew did an excellent job and was very professional and hard working. They took care to protect our landscaping and took every precaution to protect our walls, woodwork and floors as they worked. They did a great job of cleaning up the inside and outside when the work was completed.
